Abstract Submission

Interested in presenting your research?

MSB invites the submission of abstracts broadly related to forensic anthropology including methods tests, case studies, meta-analyses, and discussions of current issues in the discipline. Projects that are in-progress, including thesis and dissertation research, are also welcome. The deadline to submit an abstract for presentation at MSB 2026 is Friday, October 9th at 11:59pm. Conference organizers will contact prospective presenters in mid-October to confirm project acceptance.

Abstracts should be 150 - 250 words in length and briefly summarize the project's objectives, methods, and results. Presentation easels will be provided for all research posters, but presenters should plan to supply their own backing board.

Questions may be directed to conference organizers Christine Bailey (baileyanthro@utk.edu) and Amanda Williams (awilli81@utk.edu).
